2 Acceptance of Dandelion Lounge’s terms and conditions:
Your placement of an order on our website will be deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions. No contract exists between you and us for the sale of any goods until we have received and accepted your order and we have received payment in full (in cleared funds). Once we have, there is a binding legal contract between us. An acknowledgement of your order will be sent to you via e-mail when you place your order, but acceptance of your offer to buy the goods will not take place until after your payment is taken. It is at this point that a binding legal contract is created and any contract is subject to these Terms and Conditions. We may change these terms of sale without notice to you in relation to future sales.

3 Opportunity for design selection changes, and point of commitment
Our website allows you to view different design templates, and upload text content for your cards. Once you have placed your order and made your payment, no further changes can be made to that order.

4 Prices
Our website sets out our pricing matrix. We reserve the right to revise prices without notice, except that any order received by us at a time of price revision will be delivered at the price displayed to the customer at the time of ordering. Our prices as displayed are inclusive of VAT.

5 Delivery
All deliveries are subject to prior authorisation of your payment.
Dandelion Lounge will endeavour and expect to dispatch the cards to you within 5-7 working days of proof approval, following our receiving your order and confirmation of payment. The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order. Every effort will be made to deliver the goods within the time periods specified above. If Dandelion Lounge is unable to deliver the goods within 30 days of receiving your order, Dandelion Lounge will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order and obtain a refund or re-credit for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. Dandelion Lounge will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Our packaging is specified to fully protect the contents in transit. UK deliveries will be made by Royal Mail, please refer to our pricing matrix for costs.
  6 Customer satisfaction
Our mission is that all customers are fully satisfied with the cards they receive. The only factors outside our control are a) the quality of the photograph(s) that you supply, b) the personalisation details you supply and c) the fact that the wide range of different computers used by our customers may sometimes show slightly different tonal representations of colours compared to our own printing systems.
All goods supplied by us are warranted to be in good condition and suitable for consumption. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the Supplier, failure to follow the Supplier’s instructions.
If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery, you should notify us in writing or by phone within 24 hours.
If you have any complaint about the goods, you should notify us in writing via the e-mail address or fax number shown, as soon as possible, but in any event within 7 days of the date you discovered or ought to have discovered the damage, defect or complaint. We will endeavour to rectify any complaint to the best of our ability.
Due to the customised nature of our goods, Dandelion Lounge is unable to accept cancellations.

7 Payment
Payment for the goods and delivery charges can be made by any method shown on this website at the time you place your order.
Payment shall be due before the delivery date and time for payment shall be of the essence.
There will be no delivery until cleared funds are received.
Dandelion Lounge use PayPal to undertake the online payment process for our customers’ purchases. Dandelion Lounge will at no time have any access whatsoever to the details of our customers’ payment instructions, and we can take no responsibility for the transaction. You will be linked to the separate website of PayPal to make your payment instructions, and then returned to our website on payment completion.
Dandelion Lounge will commence processing your order once we have received confirmation from PayPal that your payment has been successfully effected.
The following payment cards may be used: MasterCard Credit;
Switch/UK Maestro; Visa Credit, Visa Delta Debit, Visa Electron Debit.
Please note that if you are paying by personal cheque, we are unable to dispatch your items until the cheque has cleared. For this reason, it may take slightly longer.

8. Risk/Title
The goods are at your risk from the time of delivery
Ownership of the goods shall not pass to you until the Supplier has received in full (in cash or cleared funds) all sums due to it in respect of:
the goods, and
all other sums which are or which become due to the Supplier from you on any account.
The Supplier shall be entitled to recover payment for the goods
notwithstanding that ownership of any of the goods has not passed from the Supplier.
  9 Privacy, and safe-keeping of data
We will not contact you to put forward any other goods or services without your consent, nor will we provide any other company with your details without your consent.
Dandelion Lounge observes all requirements of Data Protection Law. The type of information we will collect about you includes: name, address, phone number and email address. We do not collect your credit/debit card details. This is handled separately by our payment partner PayPal.
Our website has been constructed using the best available appropriate security devices and procedures to prevent any unauthorised access to customers’ ordering data.
We use website log files to track and report on the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This site also uses a “cookie” which we store on your browser. You can modify your browser settings to prevent this happening but this site will not perform correctly without it.
When you register to use this site you will be asked to create a password, please keep this confidential. You are responsible for all orders that occur by using your email address and password. If for any reason you feel that your account/password is no longer secure please contact info@dandelionlounge.co.uk and we will generate a new account for you to which you can assign a new password.

10 Obligations upon our customers:
- we require our customers not to upload any text or supply images to which they do not have proper rights, nor to upload or supply any material which could be damaging to third-parties or could be deemed to be unlawful or offensive.
- the content of this website is the property of Vermillion Web Solutions Ltd (trading as Dandelion Lounge), and may not be copied or
reproduced without our express written permission.
- we would welcome any customers’ wish to place a link on another website to the home-page of our website, but require that our permission is first sought.

11 Applicable Law
These terms of sale and the supply of the goods will be subject to English law and the English courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any
dispute arising from the contract.
